After the start at the Långe Erik lighthouse, we run along the coastline of Kalmarsund to Djupvik, where we reach the finish for 50 km. We continue past meadows and forest areas to Lindby, where the finish is for 50 miles. Now the final stage begins towards the finish of 100 miles at the Långe Jan lighthouse, where along the route we experience views of the alvar and gaze out over the Baltic Sea.
